RETURN POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Volk Pickleball. We want you to be delighted with your purchase, and our return policy is designed to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience. Please review the following return guidelines:
1. Authorization (RMA) number: Before initiating a return, exchange, or refund request, please contact our Customer Service Department at komo@volkpickleball.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will guide you through the return process and provide further instructions.
2. Proof of Purchase: To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Timeframe: You have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to return or exchange an item.
4. Eligibility: To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be new, unused, and in its original packaging with all accessories.
5. Refund Process: After receiving and inspecting your returned items, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, we will issue the refund within 10 business days from the date of receipt. Refunds will be made only to the original method of payment.
6. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs incurred for returns or exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a defect.
7. Purchases through Authorized Retailers: If your purchase was made through an authorized Volk Pickleball retailer, we kindly request that you contact the retailer directly and follow their return/exchange policy. Each retailer may have its own policies and procedures for handling returns, and we want to ensure you have a seamless experience with them.
